What to do in an emergency
If your vehicle is damaged in an accident, fire or theft, simply phone the 24 hour Fleetline on 0800 246876. If the vehicle is still mobile, you will be directed to the nearest Approved Repairer. If you need it to be collected, or if the vehicle is immobile, the repairer will collect it for you.
Glass replacement
If you have comprehensive insurance and your windscreen is cracked or broken, call Fleetline 0800 246876 and they will arrange for a repairer to come out to your vehicle to repair or replace the glass on the spot.
Approved Repairer benefits
As a Norwich Union Fleetwise and Minifleet customer you will have access to our network of Approved Repairers who will, for cars/vans under 7.5 tonnes:
- Offer a courtesy car while your car/van is being repaired
- Provide high quality guaranteed repairs
- Start work without waiting for an insurance inspection
- Send the invoice direct to Norwich Union: all you pay is the excess and the VAT.
The approved Repairer scheme* applies to all vehicles with comprehensive insurance, and fire and theft claims when the insurance is third part fire and theft.
* For the duration of the repair of your car or van (up to 7.5 tonnes GVW) by an Approved Repairer you will receive a 'Group A' courtesy car. Where the vehicle being repaired is a van, use of the courtesy car will be restricted to social, domestic and pleasure purposes.
